Rough or etched plaster, stains that no longer lift, hollow or flaking spots, and exposed gunite are the signs. If the surface is smooth but discolored, an acid wash may be enough, and we will tell you which.

A resurface with tile is typically a couple of weeks including startup. Adding deck, spa, or equipment extends it. You get a schedule in writing before we start.

Yes. We build gunite spas attached to or beside existing pools, tie them into the plumbing and equipment, and match the tile and finish.

If the shell is sound, renovation almost always wins on cost. If the structure has failed or the layout no longer fits the yard, we will lay out what a replacement would involve so you can compare.

Structural, electrical, gas, and most plumbing work is permitted and inspected. Cosmetic work like resurfacing typically is not. We handle whatever is required.

Yes. Most remodels include a new variable-speed pump, filter, and often a heater and automation, sized to the pool and installed on a clean pad.

Yes. Finish, tile, and equipment carry written warranties, and structural repairs are covered under the same terms as our new builds.
