Do I need pool construction experience?

For project manager, superintendent, and designer roles, yes: residential construction or design experience. For field trades, experience is preferred but we take on apprentices and train them under our own crews.

Are these year-round jobs?

Yes. We build and renovate year-round, and every role is full-time with paid time off and holidays.

Do you use subcontractors?

No. Our crews are Kingfisher employees. That is why we are hiring, and why the work is steady.

What is the interview like?

A phone call with the owner within two business days, then a paid morning on a real jobsite so you can see the crews and the standard before you commit.

Is there room to move up?

Yes. Field leads become superintendents, superintendents become project managers. Raises are tied to skills and certifications, not tenure.
